Julia Ruchis

Julia graduated with an LLB Law degree and subsequently completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.

Julia joined the firm in 2021 as a paralegal, assisting fee earners in various departments. Since completing her training contract and qualifying as a solicitor, she went on to assist the firm in all areas of practice, including property and private client matters. 

Julia has extensive experience in residential and commercial property transactions, as well as landlord-tenant matters. She deals with sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages for freehold and leasehold properties, collective enfranchisement and lease extensions. Julia also specialises in the Wills and Probate department, where she advises clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Court of Protection applications, and the administration of estates.

She also holds a UK degree in business administration and speaks fluent Russian and Italian.
