James Gray

James qualified in 2011, having trained and worked at a West London firm in various disciplines before specialising in property.

James joined the firm in 2016 as a solicitor in the commercial and residential property department. Since joining, he has now become a Partner and Head of the Property department.

James specialises in residential and commercial property sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), refinancing documentation, rent reviews, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, right to buy, and all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions, as well as general property management.
