Charlotte Scott-Mullings

Charlotte graduated with an LLB Law degree from University College London and went on to qualify as a solicitor in 2023.

Charlotte joined the firm as a trainee solicitor, training primarily in litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on property and commercial disputes. Charlotte specialised in equity, property, and commercial law during her academic career.

Charlotte specialises in non-contentious corporate work, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, commercial contracts, and corporate secretarial work. She combines a forensic approach to legal research and complex factual matters with the provision of practical, commercially aware advice.

Charlotte also obtained the Higher Courts Qualification in February 2025, entitling her to exercise rights of audience in the Higher Courts. Additionally, Charlotte holds a second degree in international relations, having studied in the US, Jamaica, and Germany prior to the UK. She speaks fluent German.
