Anne Mary Hael

Anne graduated with an LLB Law degree from the University of Kent. She went on to complete her LPC and MSc in Law, Business & Management at the University of Law, Holborn.

Anne joined the firm in 2023 as a solicitor in our Wills and Probate department.

Since joining, Anne has dealt with an array of complex probate matters, including both cross-border estates as well as contentious estates. Her work frequently involves coordinating with solicitors from other jurisdictions to obtain Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration, as well as managing the distribution of assets.

Leading the Wills and Probate department, Anne deals with the preparation of Wills and Codicils, along with providing estate planning advice for high-value estates. Anne also prepares applications for Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders.

Anne is always keen to assist her clients and takes on a personalised and friendly approach. She is fluent in Filipino.
