Michael Toohig

In 1995 Michael became one of the founding partners of Myers, Fletcher & Gordon. He is now the managing partner of the firm.

Michael provides advice and guidance to a wide variety of commercial clients and individuals. He is an experienced litigator and has acted in a broad and diverse range of disputes including complex high value claims.

Michael’s background was in property based litigation having been one of the founding members of the no. 1 ranked property litigation department at Nabarro.

During the last two decades at Myers, Fletcher & Gordon Michael has advised on all aspects of litigation from property disputes through professional liability issues to international commercial disputes. Michael has dealt with cases at every level including the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal and arbitration. He is a keen supporter of mediation and has settled numerous disputes by this mechanism.

Michael also advises clients on all aspects of business law and helps to oversee larger property transactions. He sits on the Board of a number of companies.
