Gary Duke-Cohan

Formerly the senior partner of Myers Ebner & Deaner, Gary joined Myers Fletcher & Gordon in 2010 upon the merger of the “two Myers”.

Gary is a specialist in dealing with clinical negligence and personal injury claims, and heads up the Group. He mainly represents claimants but does also act for Defendant organisations. It is not unusual for Gary to achieve multi million pound settlements.

He also deals with commercial litigation claims and is a trained Mediator.

Gary is passionate about sports law, football in particular. Throughout his career he has acted for a number of professional footballers, managers, clubs and agents. His clients have included overseas and Premier League players and clubs. He has also represented athletes from other disciplines, including tennis and motorcycling.

Having studied French Law in Paris, Gary speaks fluent French and some German. He has a wide client base ranging from individuals to large corporations. As his practice areas indicates, his clients are based locally, nationally and internationally.
