Anne Mary Hael

Anne graduated with an LLB Law degree in 2018 from the University of Kent. She went on to complete her LPC and MSc in Law, Business & Management at The University of Law, Holborn in 2019.

Anne joined the firm in 2023 as a Newly Qualified Solicitor in our Wills and Probate department.

Since joining, Anne has dealt with an array of complex probate matters including both cross border estates as well as contentious estates. Her work frequently includes co-ordinating with solicitors from other jurisdictions to deal with obtaining Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration as well as managing the distribution of assets.

Anne also deals with the preparation of Wills and Codicils along with providing estate planning advice for high value estates.

Within the Wills and Probate department, Anne also prepares applications for Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders.

Anne is always keen to assist her clients and takes on a personalised and friendly approach. She is fluent in Filipino.
