Gary Duke-Cohan - Partner
Gary was Senior Partner of Myers, Ebner & Deaner until our merger and also worked previously in the West End. He qualified in 1988 and specialises in two main areas of work having practised for 25 years in the differing areas of personal injury/clinical negligence work and having a busy sports and music practice. He also is a trained Mediator.
Having studied French Law in Paris, he speaks fluent French plus some German and has a wide range of clients, both locally, nationally and internationally.
His sports work is predominantly football related and he is very knowledgeable and passionate about the game having acted for numerous professional footballers, managers, agents and clubs in a legal and representative capacity. His clients include Premiership players and clubs as well as in France and overseas and at all levels of football. He has also worked for and with clubs at a youth level and internally .Gary also acts for sports men and women in other sports such as tennis and motorcycling.
As a specialist in personal injury and clinical negligence claims, Gary mainly works for claimants. He has achieved £2 million plus settlements and several generations of families return for his friendly and expert advice and assistance. He provides employment advice and also has worked for and with clients on several multi million commercial litigation matters.
